• Thai Nationality, age of at least 26
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of CSA cost estimating experience within the construction industry.
• Experience supporting medium to large-scale construction projects; prior industrial project estimating experience is desirable.
• Technical Estimating Skills: Proven experience in CSA estimating covering early works, piling, substructures, superstructures (in situ and precast), and structural steelwork.
• Finishes & External Works: Competency in estimating building envelopes, architectural finishes (dry and wet works), landscaping, and building sundries.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and tendering processes, with an advantageous familiarity with first-principle pricing and cost planning.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Bluebeam, Candy estimating software, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is highly desirable.
• Key Attributes: An analytical team player with a high level of accuracy, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines concurrently.
• Senior Candidates: Applicants with more extensive experience will be considered for Senior CSA Estimator positions, requiring proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Estimation & Quantity Take-Off: Review tender documents and requests for proposals to fully understand project scope, requirements, and constraints.
• Drawing Interpretation: Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and scope documents to support detailed CSA estimating.
• Take-Off Preparation: Prepare comprehensive quantity and component take-offs for CSA works in accordance with project requirements.
• BOQ Development: Develop and validate bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns for formal tender submissions.
• Pricing & Cost Build-Ups: Apply current and competitive industry schedules of rates against quantity take-offs.
• First-Principle Analysis: Validate and develop bill of material (BOM) rates using first-principle build-ups where applicable.
• Supplier Negotiation: Communicate and negotiate competitive pricing with suppliers and subcontractors while maintaining internal CSA pricing databases.
• Tender Coordination: Provide timely clarifications during the tender period and ensure all bid information, assumptions, and pricing inputs are properly documented.
• Quality Control: Collate and check tender submissions against estimates to ensure total accuracy and completeness.
• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work with other discipline estimators, engineers, procurement, and commercial teams to align technical and commercial inputs and close estimating gaps.
• Senior Leadership: If in a senior role, provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support for the continuous improvement of estimating methods and rate libraries.
