• Thai Nationality, age of at least 33
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10–15 years in construction management, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to data centres or high-tech, mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Tier II-IV data centres or similar complex facilities, such as pharmaceutical or semiconductor plants.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies including modular builds, prefabrication, and white space fit-out.
• Familiarity with MEP integration, commissioning requirements, and international standards such as Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, and TIA-942.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in project tracking and BIM tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or PlanGrid.
• Certifications: PMP or CIOB accreditation is advantageous, and safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are preferred.
• Key Attributes: Must be a decisive and accountable leader with the ability to manage change and detail-oriented execution under tight deadlines.

• Site Management & Execution: Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring all works align with the latest approved drawings, technical specifications, and the master construction schedule.
• Strategic Planning: Implement project construction strategies, including sequencing and logistics plans, to maintain momentum.
• Progress Monitoring: Use look-ahead schedules and reporting tools to track progress, identifying any slippages and implementing recovery measures in coordination with the planning team.
• Safety & Quality Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies, risk assessments, and project safety plans while coordinating with QA/QC teams for inspections and handovers.
• Systems Oversight: Supervise the installation of critical systems—such as raised flooring, chilled water piping, and UPS rooms—ensuring they meet MEP integration and commissioning standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Chair weekly meetings with subcontractors and consultants, and serve as a primary interface for the client’s management team and local authorities regarding inspections and compliance.
• Resource Optimisation: Validate manpower loading plans and oversee site logistics, including crane schedules and material delivery strategies, to ensure optimal productivity.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical or execution challenges by collaborating directly with engineering and design teams.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily reports, site instructions, NCRs, and method statements, while supporting the final project handover and punch-list resolution
