• Serves as communication link between customers, sales and factory in order to keep good customer satisfaction and enhance company’s reputation in the market.
• Take care of inquiries and complaints from Domestic clients.
• Coordinate with oversea suppliers (Japan, China) for delivery process to meet the timeline and for troubleshooting as well.
• Manage stock, inbound outbound, delivery status in excel file and company system.
• Receives and processes the customer orders from clients, then key PO information and other sales details in the company system.
• Other customer service and sales support tasks as assigned.

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Open to fresh graduates
• At least 1 year experience as Sales coordinator, Customer service or Oversea Purchase. Experience in Cosmetic, Medical Device or FDA will be considered an advantage.
• Coordinating skills and able to prioritize tasks
• Good command of English Language (communicate with oversea suppliers, email, document tasks).
• Open minded and be ready to do assigned task
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly proactive and responsible in their work, with a dedicated spirit and a desire to develop new businesses from the ground up.
• Willingness to consult or report frequently when encountering challenges.
