- Age:24-39 years old - Bachelor's degree in any field - Good command in spoken and written English - Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software - Experience in the food and beverage industry - Experience in Japanese food and beverage industry would be an advantage - Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Administrator in a similar restaurant concept - Exceptional customer service skills are essential - Excellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks - Able to multi-task with good organizational and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, adaptability and teamwork |
