• Manage customer service and sales operations, focusing primarily on customer service (over 50%) during the initial stage. \ |

• Male/Female, aged between 24 and 30 years old.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for majors in chemistry, machinery, or relevant engineering fields. • Over 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably handling rubber or chemical products. • Demonstrates good knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms. • Possesses a valid driver's license. • Demonstrates a high level of English proficiency with strong communication skills. • Speaks conversational Japanese, though this is preferred and not mandatory. • Possesses basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Exhibits an outgoing personality suitable for client facing and business travel. |
