1. Manage existing clients (20%) and expand to new clients (80%).
2. Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase, coordinating closely with factories and suppliers.
3. Develop new business segments focusing on non-Japanese accounts.
4. Conduct cold calling to make relationship with new client.
5. Conduct market research to expand market for Western clients in the EMS industry.

• This is a new position so they need candidate who has experiences in Sale in western company to sharing knowledge’s together
• Sale area – will talk directly with JP boss when interview time

1. Open to any gender , age around 30-45 years old.
2. Has experience at least 6 years in sale position in EMS industry.

4. No need own car (company provide car and driver)
5. Must | Business-level English (TOEIC 800+) Capable of direct, tough negotiations with Western clients regarding specifications and deadlines.
6. Must | Native-level Thai Capable of giving precise instructions and explanations to factory workers and floor leaders without losing nuance.
7. Must | EMS Industry Experience Solid understanding of industry terminology and basic production management workflows.
8. Must | Client-Facing Experience Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
9. Must | MNC (Multinational Corporation) Experience Familiarity with the fast pace, logical communication style, and approval processes of Western companies.
10. Want | Basic Knowledge of Quality Control (QC/QA) and Production Engineering Ability to accurately understand technical requirements or complaints from Western clients and provide clear feedback to the shop floor.
11. Want | Strong Bridge Communication Skills Ability to logically mediate between demanding client requests and factory realities without becoming emotional.
12. Want | Speed and Flexibility Agility to meet the rapid response times typically demanded by Western clients, which differ from Japanese client expectations.
13. Want | Hands-on SMT Process Experience (3+ Years) Deep understanding of process workflows including reflow, mounters, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), and SPI (Solder Paste Inspection).
14. Want | Knowledge of IPC Standards (Specifically IPC-A-610) Ability to verify with the shop floor whether client inquiries regarding IPC Class 2 or Class 3 compliance are met.
15. Want | English/Thai Defect Analysis Communication Ability to accurately explain defect phenomena—such as solder balls, non-wetting, bridging, and component misalignment—to clients in English and to the shop floor in Thai.
