• Support pre-sales activities by gathering and clarifying customer requirements
• Design technical solutions and develop system architecture, particularly for software-driven automation systems
• Conduct requirement analysis and validate solutions, including demonstrations or proof of concept (PoC)
• Prepare technical proposals, including costing and system/component selection
• Work closely with sales teams and internal engineering support functions
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through to completion
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams, system integration partners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports
• Ensure quality control across budget, schedule, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure successful project delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Male preferred, age 30 - 35
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or related field)
• Approximately 5 years’ experience in automation, system integration, project management, or solution design
• Strong proficiency in software engineering for industrial applications (e.g. SCADA systems, databases, or high-level programming)
• Solid understanding of automation and industrial systems
• Experience with Mitsubishi FA products or other platforms such as Siemens and Keyence is advantageous
• Professional level of English communication skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach
• High level of accountability with strong follow-through
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent are advantageous
• Experience in turnkey or infrastructure-related projects (e.g. facility, data centre, BMS, EMS) is beneficial
• Experience working with partners, subcontractors, and multi-party project environments
• Possession of a valid driving licence and own car
• Willingness to travel upcountry for site visits and commissioning activities
• Physically fit for on-site work
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
