Job Description
- have to make cold calls to finds new job ( 90%) exited client 10%
focus on candidate who has experience in FACE to FACE sale and fluent in English


1. To explore and approach new prospects and/or to submit a general presentation of MOCAP to the prospects.
2. To arrange the meeting (1st visit) to introduce MOCAP services to the client, gather requirements, and proceed to the related departments
3. To prepare the sales document (proposal or quotation), propose and present to the client including follow up the progression and feedback from the client
4. To coordinate with related departments after the project has been awarded, conduct the kick-off meeting, manage and follow up the project until its launch.
5. To retain the existing clients and explore new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
6. To be the representative of MOCAP to discuss any business issues with the client.
7. To work and support the sales team member with the experiences and knowledge to achieve the goal together.

1. Gender: Female, Male
2. Thai Nationality, Age: 30 - 38 years old (not over 40 years old )
3. Education: Bachelor's Degree and above in any related field (Prefer: Business, IT, Art English)
4. Good command of English (At least good command in Speaking and Listening) >> TOEIC score 650 above
5. Presentation and communication skills
6. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7. Marketing and business management knowledge (prefer)
8. Planning management and analyzing skills (prefer)
9. Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years in Sales Experience (Customer service or IT solutions experience is an advantage)


Focus Point
-Need B2B sales Experience in IT, software , Customer services industry. (Customer looking for BPO and IT Solution experience that aligns with business model.)
-Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, and Project Sales. They must have face-to-face sales experience (not tele sales).

Core Experience: Must have a strong background in B2B Sales.
Key Responsibilities: Ability to conduct client visits and deliver Face-to-Face sales presentations.
Mindset: Must be comfortable and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
Must have good English skills for client presentations.
