• Act as the primary sales contact for Test & Measurement products across assigned customer accounts
• Execute sales activities within the designated market and contribute to market expansion strategies
• Analyse customer requirements and develop tailored commercial proposals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, supporting them to ensure successful project delivery
• Understand customer challenges and expectations, propose suitable solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders and potential leads within the CRM system
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, pipeline status, and market conditions
• Conduct regular customer visits within Thailand to assess requirements and identify potential opportunities
• Prepare and present quotations, and support contract negotiations through to successful closure
• Undertake ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Male/Female, age around 26 - 40+ years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3–8 years of relevant experience within RF, Test & Measurement, Telecommunications, or semiconductor industries
• Familiarity with RF equipment is highly desirable (e.g. network analysers, signal generators, vector network analysers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers)
• Previous sales experience within manufacturing or government-related projects would be advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or SAP) to manage sales orders and customer relationships is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with a sales-driven and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork capabilities
• Obtain a driver's license and own car
