• Lead and oversee all sales management and business activities to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the telecommunications, government, and regulatory sectors
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key government, regulatory, and major client accounts
• Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into long-term clients, and establish strategic partnerships through to deal closure and post-sales support
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business growth objectives
• Understand customer requirements, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and orders within the CRM system
• Provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts, project progress, pipeline status, performance metrics, and market trends
• Prepare quotations, lead contract negotiations, and successfully close deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, technical, regulatory, and service teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market insights
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities to maintain strong commercial awareness
• Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulatory requirements

• Male/Female, age around 33 - 50 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in account management, with substantial exposure to the telecommunications, government, and regulatory sectors
• Demonstrated success in managing government accounts, including securing regulatory approvals and commercial achievements
• Strong knowledge of telecom testing technologies, regulatory standards, and certification processes
• High level of integrity, strong business acumen, and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with spectrum monitoring, compliance testing, or RF performance solutions
• Proven leadership experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets, ideally within telecommunications or government-related projects
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively and deliver measurable outcomes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across government, enterprise, telecommunications, and regulatory bodies
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to liaise effectively with international stakeholders
• Obtain a driver's license and own car
