Trainer Job Description

• Make Annual & Monthly Training plan base on Kose training policy and submit to Manager.
• Support Training team when doing all training classes, OJT
• Support for monitoring the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each BC
progression and report to manager.
• Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops
(including translate training document).
• Take care of BC “In” and “Out” and report direct to training manager for create new BC
training class, while help follow-up new BC within their probation period & assist training
manager when making on Kose & Decorte Monthly Reports.
• Support beauty manager when organize BC Annual test plan & making instructional program
for BC Annual Test.
• Others as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

Age 22 Year up
Gender Female, LGBTQ+
Language *MUST* Good at communicating/speaking /writing in English TOEIC 550 up
0–2 years of experience in Training roles (fresh graduates are welcome)
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field (Training, cosmetic is preferred)
Basic understanding of training, coaching, sales development, sales operations, or a related
field
Proficient in standard office software
Working-level English for document handling and email communication
