• Formulate mid- to long-term product development strategies for the applied chiller business and plan the roll-out of new products and services. |
|

• Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field. • Experience: Basic initial experience or exposure within HVAC, energy, facilities, or engineering fields (strong potential is valued over years of experience). • Technical Knowledge: A foundational understanding of thermodynamics and refrigeration cycles. • Analytical Skills: Highly preferred ability to identify and organise core issues using data, develop hypotheses independently, and drive them through to validation. • Ability to structure logical business narratives and transform technical features into clear customer value, such as cost reductions and energy savings. • Strong communication skills within a multicultural environment • Intermediate or above level in English with a TOEIC score of 600 or above serving as the baseline standard. • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of adapting flexibly to undeveloped or evolving business environments. |
