• Identify and source promising startup companies in Thailand
• Analyze and evaluate potential investment/lending targets:
- Business model analysis
- Financial analysis
- Growth potential assessment
- Conduct due diligence (DD)
• Support investment and lending decision-making processes for HQ in Singapore
• Collaborate with venture capital firms and investment partners
• Communicate with internal teams, including Japanese stakeholders

• Male, Female
• 30-45 years old
• Experience in one of the following:
- Lending/credit analysis at a bank
- Investment experience at a VC or investment firm
*Other related experience
- Accounting / audit experience (including accounting firms)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analysis
• Interest in startup ecosystem and investment evaluation
• Japanese language skills (intermediate level or above)
