1. Network System and Hardware Management
• Manage and maintain the internal network system and related equipment (PCs, servers, access points, etc.)
• Coordinate and act as a liaison with external IT support providers (outsourcing/sub-contractors)

2. Cloud Service Management
• Administer, manage, and support the use of cloud-based applications across various departments within the company

3. Data Centralization and System Standardization (Very Important)
• Manage systems mentioned in items 1 and 2 in compliance with HQ (Japan) standards through centralized management
• Provide recommendations, improvements, and follow-ups with relevant departments to ensure alignment with HQ policies
Example tasks: Maintain and update user lists for all systems, create and update policies and user manuals (translated and referenced from Japanese), manage access rights, enforce personal data protection (PDPA), and audit data security measures

4. Coordination with HQ IT Department (Japan)
• Receive policies and instructions from HQ, communicate with relevant departments, and regularly monitor and report compliance status

5. Driving System Development and Improvement
• Propose and implement new systems to support company growth and enhance operational efficiency across departments

6. Other Assigned Tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Male or Female / Age 30-40 years old
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in compurt science orengineering or related field.
• Work experience at least 1-3 years in IT Coordinator, internal audit work and IT compliance management.
• In-depth knowledge of IT&Network
• Good command of English (reading/writing/speaking).
• **Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher (business communication level).
• **Coordination & Communication skills are very necessary.
• Basic computer skills (MS, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and Active problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities across departments and cultures.
