• BACHELOR DEGREE MAJOR SUBJECT: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field • 1-2 years experience in Application Support or related field • Support ERP system (EMS /Account/ WMS or similar) • Basic SQL query (SELECT, UPDATE, JOIN, basic troubleshooting) • Experience in business user support (Warehouse / Accounting/Sales / Production) is preferred • Basic or intermudate in English skills Technical Skills: • Basic SQL language (Query, Join, Data validation, Troubleshooting) • Understanding of ERP / EMS system flow • Basic knowledge of Accounting process (AP, AR, GL concept) • Basic understanding of Warehouse and Production business flow Soft Skills: • Good communication and coordination skills • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills • Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users |
