▪ Conduct research and development activities for food products, with a focus on modified starch and edible oil applications
▪Develop, test, and optimise product formulations to meet technical, quality, and customer requirements
▪Design and carry out laboratory trials, analyse results, and prepare technical reports
▪Support New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to commercialisation
▪Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance
▪Ensure all products comply with relevant food regulations, standards, and registration requirements
▪Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, including troubleshooting and application guidance
▪Prepare product documentation, specifications, and technical presentations
▪Monitor industry developments and emerging food trends to support innovation initiatives
▪Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and records in accordance with internal standards and safety requirements

▪ Male/Female, aged between 28 and 32 years
▪ Thai Nationality
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
▪ Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant experience in Modified Starch and Edible Oil
▪Experience in bakery applications will be considered an advantage
▪Proven experience in Research and Development (R&D), New Product Development (NPD), formulation development, and food applications
▪Strong knowledge of food ingredients and food manufacturing processes
▪Good understanding of food laws, food standards, and product registration requirements
▪Ability to design, conduct, and analyse laboratory-scale experiments
▪Strong technical communication skills with a good command of English, including the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
▪Highly organised with a systematic working approach, strong prioritisation skills, and keen attention to detail
▪Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
▪Confident in presenting ideas and providing professional recommendations
▪Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in emerging food trends
