• Conduct Customer Quality Approval Certificates
• Manage the complaints and reduce claim compensation.
• Field investigation, preliminary analysis and sorting material at customer site when customer faces the problem.
• Make a good relationship with the customer.
• Collaboration with customer to prevent customer process disruption
• Support and coordinate with internal team (Marketing, Inspection, and Production).

1. Maintain production line and keep the stability of yield efficiency.
2. Solve problems and efficiency trouble.
3. Participate in operation line process and procedure optimization actively.
4. Checkup process control parameter and confirm the equipment operating situation.
5. Implement new technology to reduce the cost of plants.
6. Improve process for increase productivity based on quality maintained.
7. Implement, Develop, Maintain process flow, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control plan, core tools documents, WI and related documents.
8. Other task assigned by boss
