• Production Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage annual, monthly, and daily production plans to meet targets.

1. Approve vendor evaluation and selection based on production, price, quality, and delivery time to ensure appropriate pricing.

1. Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure efficient production processes in terms of:
Timeliness and quality to minimize costs and maximize profits.
2. Review costs from the costing department and negotiate prices to maximize profits.

1. Monitor the performance of subordinates to ensure work is completed according to plans and goals.
2. Develop a WI to align with work operations and ensure proper employee performance.
3. Develop employee training plans to equip employees with knowledge and development for maximum efficiency.
4. Evaluate work performance, provide guidance, enhance skills in various areas, and provide instruction to subordinates.

・Manage and Oversee Test Lab Operations: Plan, allocate, and oversee the daily operations of the air conditioner test lab to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow.
・Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills for all testing procedures.
・Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers to plan and support the setup of air conditioners for various testing protocols, ensuring all requirements and standards are met.
・Oversee Test Unit Logistics: Manage the systematic intake and return of air conditioner units for testing.
・Develop Team Capabilities: Create and implement continuous training plans, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance the expertise and capabilities of the technical team.
・Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of all testing equipment and tools to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.
・Report on Performance: Generate and present reports on operational performance, key issues, and recommendations to senior management.
