1. Lead the development of new product manufacturing.
2. Establish quality control standards.
3. Prepare and compile PPAP and APQP documents.
4. Control the new product development schedule to meet customer timelines.
5. Conduct production trials to ensure smooth mass production.
6. Develop products according to the specifications and requirements indicated in the drawings.
7. Improve product design to meet cost targets.
8. Prepare mold repair documents, analyze mold repair methods, and conduct production trials.
9. Provide support in joint evaluations with customers.
10. Provide support for customer audits.
11. Organize meetings and hand over products for mass production.

• Male, age 38–45
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in plastic injection molding
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production design and production trials for new model product process development, including APQP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Able to use CATIA, SolidWorks, and UG NX
• Able to use 2D/3D CAD and able to read technical drawings
