Accounting and Finance Management
• Oversee and manage the company's overall accounting and finance operations.
• Control and supervise accounting and financial activities across the entire company.
• Plan and prepare financial budgets, ensuring accuracy and analyzing potential financial impacts.
• Prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, as well as other related financial reports.
• Analyze budgets, monitor financial performance, and supervise the preparation of cash flow projections.

Taxation
• Plan and oversee tax compliance, including the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns (P.N.D. 50) and half-year corporate income tax returns (P.N.D. 51).
• Review tax documents and supervise the preparation and submission of tax returns, including P.P. 30, P.P. 36, P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53, P.N.D. 54, and P.N.D. 1.
• Liaise with the Revenue Department regarding tax refunds and other tax-related matters.

Team Management and Other Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting and finance team.
• Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance and support to subordinates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

・Male or Female / Age over 40 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
・At least 10 years in accounting for construction business or related business
・Holds a CPD license
・Good knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
・Proficient in using accounting software.
・Able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
・Possesses leadership skills and experience in team management.
・Good Command in English
