- • Male or Female, age 35 Up. (Preferred Male) • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, or other related fields. • Experience in handling overall HR execution, and having knowledge of modern HR Management, HR Development functions and experience in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, Welfare, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility. • Experience in manufacturing industry, handle with Labor Union. • Good knowledge and awareness of labor laws, Safety regulations. • Good communication in English (speaking & writing) and good computer skills. • Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership. • Able to track and interpret workforce metrics.
