• Key Account & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their logistics needs are met promptly. Proactively manage and resolve customer issues or complaints to maintain high levels of trust and long-term satisfaction.

• Strategic Business Growth: Retain current business volumes and financial targets while actively identifying and generating new business opportunities across the SAO region and global network. Develop and implement tailored strategic plans for key account customers.

• Logistics Solution Design: Gather market and customer insights to fully understand client requirements. Design and propose strategic logistics solutions that drive operational excellence and cost efficiency for the client's future business growth.

• Project & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal and external departments across various regions to ensure customer projects are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with expectations.

• Regional Collaboration: Participate in local country meetings and discussions to capture real-time customer requirements based on situational on-the-ground needs.

• Individual Contribution: Operate effectively as a senior-level individual contributor, driving high-impact results without direct subordinates.

• Any Nationality
• Male or female, aged 33–40,
• University degree, preferably in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management (KAM), strategic account management, or commercial roles within the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or contract logistics industry.
• Proven track record of managing regional or multinational customers, with successful experience in new business generation and client retention.
• Deep understanding of the logistics industry (including freight forwarding, contract logistics, and land transportation) with direct exposure to logistics solution design, pricing analysis, and tender management.
• Strong conceptual thinking, financial acumen, and exceptional strategic and tactical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages (esp. Mandarin Chinese) is a plus.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient. Capable of working well under pressure, meeting strict deadlines, and functioning effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated maturity and professional seniority aligned with a senior management role.
** Location & Employment Terms: This is a Thailand-based local hire position. Candidates currently residing in Thailand are preferred, though regional candidates willing to relocate under a local Thailand employment package are welcome to apply.
