• Support pre-sales activities by gathering and clarifying customer requirements
• Design technical solutions and develop basic system architecture
• Conduct requirement analysis and validate solutions, including demonstrations or proof of concept (PoC)
• Prepare technical proposals, including costing and component selection
• Coordinate closely with sales teams and internal engineering support functions
• Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning through to completion
• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and resource allocation
• Liaise with internal teams, system integration partners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Ensure quality control across budget, schedule, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure successful project delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Male preferred, age 25 - 39
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic)
• 3–5 years’ experience in automation, system integration, project management, or solution design
• Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, servo systems, and inverters
• Experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Keyence products is advantageous
• Sound understanding of automation and industrial systems
• Effective communication skills, with intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility with good follow-through
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar are an advantage
• Experience in turnkey or infrastructure-related projects (e.g. facility, data centre, BMS, EMS) is beneficial
• Experience working with partners, subcontractors, and multi-party project environments
• Possession of a valid driving license and own car
• Willingness to travel upcountry for site visits and commissioning
• Physically fit for on-site work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
