• Understand customers’ business objectives and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Build and develop a cloud team, enhancing capabilities to align with the company’s strategic goals for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services.
• Create technical designs, define the scope of work (SoW), and prepare bills of materials (BOM).
• Draft and review proposal documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Support sales teams with product demonstrations and presentations.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive technical solutions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) exercises when required.

**Focus: Cloud (AWS / Azure)**

• Male/Female age above 27 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT-related fields
• Experience 5 years or more in IT infrastructure design (cloud/server/network/security).
• Strong Knowledge and Proven Experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure
. • Have a AWS/Azure/Microsoft certification will be advantage.
• Able to do on-site support and travel up-country.
• Able to deal with difficult situation and working under time constraints.
• Daily conversation level for both written and spoken English\
• Good team player.
• Passionate in learning new technology.
• Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn with multi-tasking skills.
