<Purpose for this Position>
To support sales team by preparing quotation and proceeding assigned job

<Job Description>
- Make quotation and input data for new project
- Correspond RFQ with customer and supplier
- Update quote regularly based on rule between customer on frequency, exchange rate, copper rate, other material rate
- Follow up with customer on project status and update sheet accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to complete customer inquiry
- Providing administrative assistance to supervisor/manager, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

- Any gender, Age 26-40 years old, Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of working experiences as inside sales or sales in trading company
- Strong knowledge about Incoterms and overseas trade
- Conversational level of English (Prefer TOEIC at least 750)
- Excellent communication skills (clarity well organized thinking)
- Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table)
- Person who has basic trade knowledge
- Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks
- Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively
- Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in automobile industry
- Working Experience in Japanese Company
