- Sales of condominiums (individual units) to affluent Japanese clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients (through regular phone calls and emails)
- Providing property tours and local guidance for clients visiting Thailand
- Handling seminars, including business trips to locations such as Osaka and Tokyo
- Other tasks as assigned

- Sales experience in the real estate or financial industry (either B2B or B2C)
- Have strong communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn proactively
- Ability to effectively present using data
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage
