• Enhance and optimise HR processes through effective use of HR technologies.
• Support global projects, system upgrades, and learning system solutions.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams, operating companies, and external vendors.
• Drive system improvements and governance (UX/UI, standardisation, and superuser training).
• Support global rollouts of new HR systems and related projects.
• Manage vendors and resolve system issues promptly.
• Oversee release management and provide proactive support.
• Deliver reports and data analytics using Power BI.

System Improvement / Continuous Improvement and System Governance
• Collaborate with the Head of Team, PDT system colleagues, and key stakeholders to develop and optimise HR systems in line with mid- and long-term strategies.
• Support global HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR system functionality.
• Contribute to UX/UI improvement initiatives and related projects.
• Lead and coach regional and operating company superusers in system usage, development, and improvement.
• Work with PDT colleagues to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Support the Learning & Development team by enhancing learning features within the HR system (LMS module and other tools).
• Promote and ensure governance and compliance in HR system usage across all regions and entities.
• Support efforts to harmonise, standardise, and optimise HR processes, policies, and system use.
• Update and create user manuals and work instructions for superusers, managers, and employees.
• Deliver training to regional and local HR and L&D teams on optimal system usage.
• Maintain and prioritise system improvement initiatives via the PDT team’s backlog and monitor progress.

New Systems / Major Projects
• Collaborate with the Head of Team and PDT colleagues to manage and coordinate the global rollout of new HR systems, ensuring alignment with all relevant stakeholders.

Vendor Management
• Work with Professional Services and/or Customer Success Managers (CSMs) of system vendors to identify and resolve issues, and implement system improvements.
• Act as a liaison between the organisation and software vendors for further system or learning platform support.

Case Management
• Handle day-to-day queries and case management related to HR systems.
• Create and track support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution of system-related issues.

Release Management / Cloud Releases
• Support the maintenance of HR systems, including monitoring and managing release updates.

Reporting & Data Quality
• Design and update advanced reports as requested by Global HR and regional superusers, ensuring global consistency.
• Use Power BI dashboards to deliver data analysis and insights.
• Lead, coach, and train regional superusers on effective use of reporting tools.

• Thai nationality, male or female.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience with a strong focus on HR systems.
• Experience with HR systems such as SumTotal or Cornerstone Suite preferred.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and across different time zones.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
