・Manage and Oversee Test Lab Operations: Plan, allocate, and oversee the daily operations of the air conditioner test lab to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow.
・Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills for all testing procedures.
・Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers to plan and support the setup of air conditioners for various testing protocols, ensuring all requirements and standards are met.
・Oversee Test Unit Logistics: Manage the systematic intake and return of air conditioner units for testing.
・Develop Team Capabilities: Create and implement continuous training plans, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance the expertise and capabilities of the technical team.
・Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of all testing equipment and tools to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.
・Report on Performance: Generate and present reports on operational performance, key issues, and recommendations to senior management.

<Must>
・Male or Female / Age 30-35 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
・Practical experience with Microsoft Office.
・Good command of English

<Technical>
・At least 5 years of working experience in the air conditioning industry or a testing laboratory environment.
・Experienced for air conditioner performance test or electrical or mechanical testing.
・Experienced for ISO/IEC 17025
・In-depth knowledge of air conditioner functions and testing methodologies.

<Management>
・At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory
・Familiar to KPI setting and control to achieve
・Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
・Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
・Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
・A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
