- Age:27-45 years old - Bachelor's degree in any field - Good command of English - Experience in the food and beverage industry - Experience in Japanese food and beverage industry would be an advantage - Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Manager in a similar restaurant concept or successful Manager - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team - Exceptional customer service skills are essential - Excellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks - Well-organized and Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving |
