• Get requirement definition, fit & gap analysis.
• Make basic design, instruction to the developer, testing, UAT support, etc
• Issue management for system Incidents (System bugs, Change requests, etc.)
• Plan tasks and schedule by WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Management project as team leader
• Make guidance documents for training
• Teach and train team member below IT skills

• Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 30 above.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or a related field
• Able to read, write and speak general conversation in English. (Mandatory)
• Able to read, write and speak general conversation in Japanese (Better to have)
• Have work experience over 10 years in system development
• Have working experience at a Global Company or Global system(Better to have)
• Have experience in IT Projects of Manufacturing (Production), or SCM (Logistics) as a role of System Analyst, or Project Leader
• Have basic Project management skills (Progress Management, Issue Management, Quirkily Management for the team)
• Have Presentation skills as well as making documents
• Knowledge of Web application development
• Knowledge of SQL and Database (SQL Server, Oracle etc.)
• Knowledge of Software engineering (Spiral model, Agile model etc.)
• Knowledge about Software quality checks & improvement
• Design software program specifications & Documentation
• Design test case for software program & Documentation
• Handle software documentation thus system workflow, use case, ER-Diagram, data dictionary, basic and Program specification
• Coordinate projects for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction
• Oversee installation and testing correcting problems before the final version is released
• Application architecture design
