Job Descriptions

Sales Administration & Support
• Handle email and phone correspondence with clients and internal departments (inquiries, coordination, and follow-ups).
• Prepare, format, and edit sales materials, including presentations, business proposals, quotations, and contract-related documents.
• Maintain customer information and manage negotiation/meeting records within the internal database.
• Assist with order processing and billing-related administrative tasks.

Interpretation & Client Engagement Support
• Accompany Japanese sales representatives to client visits and business meetings.
• Provide consecutive interpretation during meetings, presentations, and discussions (Japanese ⇔ Local Language / English).
• Prepare meeting minutes and assist with post-meeting client follow-ups.

Other Related Duties
• Handle general department administration and provide ad-hoc support as needed.

Qualification Requirements Details

• Female, age 25 - 40 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good command of Japanese (Over N2 level)
• Good command of English
• Experience in sales assistant or related job
• Strong communication skills
