- • Handle customer orders in the South East Asia region, coordinating directly with customers and the Sales team. • Coordinate with the Sales team and manufacturing plants in Thailand and overseas to ensure order fulfillment. • Verify the accuracy of order information and related documents. • Follow up on production and delivery status, assisting in resolving any issues during the order and delivery process. • Perform order processing tasks and provide excellent customer support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Prepare, manage, and maintain all related documents for orders.
