Key Responsibilities |
|
• All gender is acceptable.
• Age Range: Around 26-44 years old (Preferred Around 34-38 years old.) • Business-level English proficiency. • At least 3 years of corporate legal experience (preferably 5-10 years). • Knowledge of Thai civil and commercial law, contract law, and compliance matters. • Interest in handling legal matters covering the ASEAN region as part of a regional headquarters organization. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing or factory-related legal matters, knowledge of the Factory Act, Company Law, BOI regulations, Foreign Business License (FBL), PDPA, and related regulations. • Experience conducting legal and compliance training. • Japanese language proficiency. |
