[Strategic]
1.Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s QHSE management systems in compliance with ISO9001, legal requirements, and company policies.
2.Establish QHSE policies, objectives, procedures, standards, and management frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.

[Quality Management/Audit]
3.Promote customer-focused quality awareness, continuous improvement culture, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
4.Monitor, analyze, and report Quality and Environmental KPI performance, audit findings, customer complaints, and improvement opportunities to management.
5.Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external quality audits in line with ISO9001 requirements, management review activities, and compliance assessments to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
6.Maintain effective document control systems to ensure all quality-related documents and records remain accurate, updated, and properly controlled.

[Health/Safety]
7.Ensure compliance with occupational health, Safety, Environmental Management, and internal requirements across all Sections and Project Sites.
8.Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and establish preventive and corrective measures to minimize organizational risks.
9.Promote zero accident culture, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety awareness throughout the organization.
10.Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

[Environment]
11.Initiate and implement measures to prevent and mitigate environmental impacts that align with legal requirements and requests from government authorities and industrial estates.

[Management]
12.Lead and develop QHSE team members, fostering capability growth, knowledge transfer, and professional development, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness.
13.Flexibly respond to assignments and directives from senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

・Male or Female / Age 35-45 years old.
・Thai Nationality
・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field.
・At least 5-8 years experience in Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems
・At least 3 years’ experience in management level
・Knowledge of ISO standard (i.e, ISO9001) implementation and organizational management
・Experience in power plant, utility, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure business is preferable.
・O&M experience/knowledge for co-generation system (e.g., gas turbine, gas engine, generator, HRSG, boiler, gas compressor, Chiller . NOX removal , power distribution system, water quality , management) is preferable. But not required.
・Good English communication skill (speaking and writing) is required.
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
