• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering • 3–5 years of experience in design and cost estimation in factory construction projects • Professional Engineering License (Associate Level required; Professional Level is highly preferred) • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of the construction industry • Communicative level in English • Experience working with Japanese companies is an advantage • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work under pressure • Immediate availability is a plus • Strong electrical design and problem-solving skills • Ability to perform cost estimation |
