・ Maintain organisational efficiency and predictability to minimise issues in the Aftersales Service business. |
・ Male/Female Thai nationality (preferably aged 40–45).
・ Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline. ・ Over 5 years’ relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, proposals, contractual agreements, and business administration, ideally with an engineering background related to Power and Energy industry products. ・ Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Intermediate level or above), with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers. ・ Business-level proficiency in Japanese is an advantage, particularly for communication with Japan Headquarters and preparation of business plans, sales proposals, technical specifications, and contract documents. ・ High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. ・ Sound knowledge of contractual terms, trade administration, international trade, and Incoterms. ・ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop win–win solutions. ・ Familiarity with commercial and technical terminology in the power plant sector is an advantage. ・ Prior experience working with Japanese companies and an understanding of Japanese business culture is desirable. ・ In-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant equipment maintenance and Long-Term Service Agreements. ・ Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required. ・ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. ・ Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality results with a positive attitude. ・ Strong commitment to the company’s compliance policies and standards. ・ Ability to work independently, following set instructions, routines, and accepted practices, while ensuring completion of assigned tasks. ・ Outgoing and positive personality, with strong relationship-building skills. ・ Awareness of market trends in the power generation business. ・ Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, and adaptability to new work practices. ・ Strong customer service orientation. ・ Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. |
