• Develop and execute B to B sales strategies to acquire new payment card customers and enhance usage of payment cards.
• Identify and build strong relationships with partners to create joint BtoBtoC initiatives.
• Plan and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities aimed at acquiring new card members and increasing customer usage via partner channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create offerings and ensure effective implementation.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure long-term relationship management.

• Any gender, Thai nationality, Age 32-37
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in payment card business or banking business, financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships.
• Business level English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Thai market and business culture, especially in payment industry.
• Experience with BtoBtoC business models.
• Experience working in a multicultural or matrix organization.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Outgoing personality and confidence in communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
