Monday- Saturday: 08.30 -17.30 hr. ( 2 Saturday per month)

• Transportation Allowance: THB 1,000 / month

1. Accounting Records and Asset Management
‒ Supervise and manage the fixed asset lifecycle, covering transaction recording, asset transfers, depreciation calculation, physical inventory counts, and asset disposal.
‒ Record, review, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and alignment between ledger balances and actual assets.

2. Factory Cost Management and Analysis
‒ Oversee comprehensive factory cost accounting operations, including cost verification, standard/estimated cost calculation, and preparation of cost KPI reports.
‒ Prepare cost management reports, analyzing cost variances between standard and actual costs, as well as the breakdown of raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead (MOH). ‒ Investigate root causes of cost variances, propose and drive improvement initiatives, and continuously monitor performance to enhance cost efficiency.

3. Business-Financial Data Integration for Cost Control
‒ Collaborate closely with the Production, Procurement, and Warehouse departments to understand operational processes and constraints along the manufacturing line.
‒ Apply cost-control measures to actual workflows and provide analytical data to support cost-reduction and operational efficiency projects.

4. Compliance with Group Standards and Governance
‒ Implement financial management policies and guidelines from the headquarters to ensure alignment with prescribed standards and reporting structures.
‒ Control the accounting operations of the Thai entity to ensure accuracy, systematic processing, compliance with local legal requirements, and data reliability.

5. Digital Accounting System Development
‒ Collaborate with the digital systems team to design, upgrade, and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and digital financial platforms.
‒ Drive the digitalization of workflows and establish operational standards to enhance the efficiency of the factory finance department.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of direct experience in factory/cost accounting.
3. Sound knowledge and understanding of BOI (Board of Investment) tax regulations and privileges.
4. Holding a Certified Accountant License (CPD).
5. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Fluency in English will be considered a distinct advantage.
6. Familiarity and proficiency with the SAP system will be specially considered.
