• Identify key commercial focus areas in the solution business and formulate mid- to long-term development strategies. |

• Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related technical discipline. • Core Domain Exposure: Foundational understanding or practical experience (potential-focused) in at least one of the following areas: 1) HVAC, building management systems, or energy sectors. 2) IoT, data utilisation, or systems engineering. 3) Cloud, software, or digital/smart technologies. • Basic understanding of HVAC and building systems, or a proven ability to proactively learn these systems. • Analytical & Business Skills: Preferred capability to extract issues from data, validate independent hypotheses, and shift thinking flexibly from B2B models to future B2C possibilities. • Ability to translate technical and digital features into tangible customer values, such as energy savings and operating cost reductions. • Communication & Language: Strong communication skills suited for a multicultural environment, with a TOEIC score of 600 or above as the standard requirement. • Self-driven and proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt to an early-stage, undeveloped business environment. |
