• To deliver professional travel consultancy and ticketing services through the effective use of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and contemporary NDC platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth flight reservations, ticket issuance, and post-sales support, whilst strictly complying with IATA/BSP regulations to optimise operational efficiency and minimise Agency Debit Memos (ADMs). |

• Male/Female, age around 24 - 45 years
• Thai Nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience within a BSP/IATA-accredited travel agency environment. • Strong proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport) and BSPlink. • Experience with NDC workflows and airline distribution platforms is highly desirable. • Excellent attention to detail to prevent pricing or ticketing errors. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling complex itineraries and disruptions. • Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively. • Good command of English, particularly for interpreting international fare rules and liaising with global partners. |
