Travel Advisory & Regulatory Compliance:
• Provide current guidance on global entry requirements, visa regulations, and travel insurance in line with 2026 standards.
• Ensure all bookings adhere to the IATA Passenger Sales Agency Agreement and local BSP reporting deadlines.

Customer Service & Crisis Resolution:
• Serve as the primary contact for schedule amendments, flight disruptions, and urgent re-routing requirements.
• Promote and upsell non-air products, including accommodation, car hire, and bespoke travel packages, to enhance agency revenue.

• Male/Female, age around 24 - 45 years
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience within a BSP/IATA-accredited travel agency environment.

• Experience with NDC workflows and airline distribution platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail to prevent pricing or ticketing errors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling complex itineraries and disruptions.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Good command of English, particularly for interpreting international fare rules and liaising with global partners.
