Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30 hrs.

• Job Description:
Seeking a proactive and skilled individual to work in a role that combines Japanese language support with opportunities in production and quality management. During the initial 1–2 years, the successful candidate will primarily serve as a Japanese interpreter, with opportunities to transition into production or quality-related responsibilities according to individual skills and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Japanese language support (2 JP managers), including interpretation and translation for internal communications and documentation.
• Assist in production and quality management processes, including R&D and quality control tasks, as opportunities arise.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking colleagues and local staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review reports, manuals, and other relevant documents in both Japanese and English.
• Support cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Other tasked assigned by the supervisor

• Male or female, aged 30–40 years.
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in production, quality control, or R&D is highly desirable.
• Good command of Japanese, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills. (JLPT N2 or N1)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to develop professionally and take on responsibilities in production or quality management after the initial interpreter role.
