Lead in Planning and managing community relations to build and maintain strong relationships between the company and local communities, including all stakeholders. This includes handling complaints, managing social responsibility (CSR) activities, and proactive communication that aligns with the company’s sustainability and social responsibility goals.
1. Plan and develop strategies for building relationships with the community and implement activities that respond to the local context and community expectations.
2. Analyze stakeholders at the local level and assess risks that may affect community relations, and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
3. Plan and coordinate public hearing processes, working with government agencies and consultants to ensure legal compliance.
4. Support the preparation of IEE reports and CoP requirements related to the community, and coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
5. Design and implement CSR projects aligned with corporate and community strategies, evaluate the impact of activities, and prepare reports for managers/executives.
6. Communicate project information, corporate news, and policies through appropriate community channels and produce public relations materials that enhance the company’s credibility and image.
7. Manage the community grievance system, oversee feedback/complaint channels, and track, report problem resolution to prevent conflicts.
8. Maintain positive relationships with government agencies and participate in community activities, such as religious festivals, temple fairs, and volunteer activities in collaboration with various sectors.
9. Support the development of crisis communication plans and business continuity plans related to community, and serve as a liaison in case of emergencies.
10. Organize Committee meetings, prepare the Document of the meeting, and follow up on suggestions.
11. Collect spatial data, stakeholder information, activity records, and performance results, and prepare summary reports for managers/executives and for internal/external audits.
12. Develop and manage the team's performance to build a strong team and prepare for future talent development.
13. Support other tasks as assigned by managers/executives to achieve organizational goals.
