- • Managing system effectiveness of the Quality, Security, Safety Health and Environment (QSSHE) management system to meet ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 PSHEMS and ISPS Code standard. • Driving and executing QSSHE activities, and follow up and measure according to developed plan or roadmap in order to ensure effectiveness of QSSHE implementation in alignment with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Being Process Excellence or LEAN ambassador in term of safety in company’s Kaizen projects. • Providing advice and assisting the management on the development, implementation, review and revision of QSSHE management systems in the company workplace • Conducting activities and driving continuous improvement projects that improve the QSSHE mindset and behavior, continuously reducing risks and build employee’s knowledge and awareness of QSSHE • Providing support to the QSSHE Team on a continual basis. • Collaborate with regional QSSHE team in order to drive the key mission as per business objective/goals.

- 2.1 Overall Responsibility Acts as the "Controller and Driver of the organization's entire Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)." This role bridges the gap between top management policies and actual implementation across all departments to ensure sustainable organizational growth and minimize environmental impact. 2.2 Key Responsibilities 1. Other Duties: Execute additional assignments directed by superiors.

- 1. Follow up and respond to quality complain (NCR Report) from the customer and register in the NCR Log Sheet as NCR#YY-0XX. 2. Follow up the investigation and improvement from the supplier such as 8D Report or 5Why Report then submit to the customer. 3. Prepare and submit PPAP for both new part and part change to the customer according to the supplier's request. 4. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve concerns and identify the root cause, implementing effective countermeasures. 5. Support data and summary report to Manager.

- Receiving ・Manage the receiving of incoming goods including import formalities. ・Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, to prepare unloading methods and work assignments for receive and storage the materials. Logistic, Import & Export ・Arrange the delivery schedule and documents based on schedule to determine priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods to meet customer requirements. ・Oversee outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments to meet customer requirements. ・Maintain maintenance of forklift, equipment, and material handling equipment by preventive maintenance and inspection for defects. Notify maintenance personnel or contact outside service facility for repair. Inventory & Warehouse ・Make layout plan and arrangement of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering volume, size, weight, and related factors of items stored. ・Maintain accuracy of inventory by cycle count, physical inventories, and implementation of corrective actions. ・Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory transactions and physical movement of materials from receipt to stocking, to distribution. ・Develop procedures and train employees on stock transaction procedures and proper material handling. ・Coordinate with company to drive operation under environmental standard ・Other tasks assigned by superior.
