• Develop and expand new business opportunities for condominium renovation services in Pattaya and surrounding areas.
• Proactively identify and approach potential customers, especially foreign condominium owners, investors, real estate agents, and property management companies.
• Conduct sales presentations and introduce renovation solutions that meet customers' requirements and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Handle the entire sales process from lead generation, customer meetings, proposal preparation, quotation submission, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the company's database.

• Female, Thai nationality, age 25-35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in renovation, interior design, real estate, property, construction materials or related industries.
• Must currently live in Sriracha, Bang Lamung, Pattaya, or nearby areas
• Strong passion for sales and business development with a hunter mindset.
• Experience in acquiring new customers will be advantage
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate in English, as most customers are foreign clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a personal vehicle for client visits.
• Familiarity with Pattaya's property market will be an advantage.
