• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Analyze network data and infrastructure to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize system performance and security.
• Provide technical support and consultation to end-users.
• Perform system upgrades and migrations to customers.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and solutions.
• Collaborate with network and solutions-sale teams to ensure smooth system implementation and integration of systems.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for product-specific, infrastructure, and general IT-related inquiries.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and ensure effective task execution.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Any gender, age between 28-35 years old is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer sciences, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an infrastructure network/system engineer in IT field.
• Must have past or current hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• At least 4 years’ experience in operating systems including UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure systems (i.e., Mail System, Directory Service, Backup and Recovery Software, Endpoint Security, Cloud Computing, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaise with technical and nontechnical audiences.
• A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
• Strong sense of service-mind and customer-oriented.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, GCP, AWS, Azure, ISMS, SMS, CSA-STAR or related would be advantageous.
• Can communicate in English (Intermediate level).
