• Responsible for IT administrative and technical tasks, as well as user management.
• Manage and enforce staff IT policies, including password control, data access control, training, and email account management.
• Plan and develop IT systems, including coordination with related companies and departments.
• Oversee IT hardware support, including reviewing prices and specifications, receiving and installing equipment, carrying out maintenance, and managing equipment retirement or disposal (e.g., HDDs, USBs).
• Oversee software support, including reviewing prices and specifications, procuring, installing, and maintaining software.
• Maintain and manage all IT assets, including hardware, software, and systems.
• Ensure regular maintenance of IT equipment, tools, and devices.
• Act as the Information Security Controller.
• Manage and maintain servers.
• Oversee data backup and storage procedures.
• Support company development related to IT systems and software.
• Provide staff education and training on information security control.
• Offer technical support to all staff on systems, software, and applications to ensure smooth and continuous operations, including annual IT and security training.
• Coordinate with vendors to modify or upgrade internal systems.
• Responsible for information security control audits and other relevant audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
