Job Description
*Provide IT support and helpdesk services to internal users.
*Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
*Install and support operating systems, software, and standard IT applications.
*Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
*Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
*Maintain and update IT asset records.
*Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when required.
*Assist in data backup procedures and basic IT security tasks.
*Prepare IT-related documentation, manuals, and reports.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
