• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Japanese General Manager
• Accompany the GM to client meetings and assist with on-site coordination when required
• Prepare and manage documents such as quotations, reports, and other related paperwork
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to arrange meetings and schedules
• Handle general secretarial duties and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support communication between the GM and local stakeholders

• Female only, aged between 25–30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in secretarial, administrative, or coordination roles
• Able to work in a small company environment and grow with the organization
• Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 level), or English (good working proficiency)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Driving ability is a plus, as occasional travel with the GM to client sites may be required
