• Issue purchase orders to local mill makers.
• Check and update material inventory status and coordinate the shipment of materials from makers to marketing staff.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery to the coil centre according to the production plan.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding material deliveries from makers to ensure completion within each month.
• Prepare material shipment plans from makers in advance, specifying quantity and delivery date.
• Communicate confirmed shipment plans and related documents to the coil centre and relevant personnel at least two days in advance.
• Maintain and update all documents related to material purchases on a monthly basis.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, review, monitoring, and coordination of activities related to the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.

• Male or female, aged between 22 and 25 years.
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English is required/basic to lower intermediate level in Chinese will be an advantage
• Possess a valid driving licence.
