• Understand and analyze the BtoB beauty market and generate strategies to expand the market of brands.
• Make ideas and plans for promotional campaigns and events, conduct them and evaluate the results.
• Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve sales target.
• Solve internal and external problems with other sections and customers.
• Assist in recruiting and training new sales staff.

• Age between 32-45 years
• Bachelor's degree in business or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account sales and visited BtoB customers in the Beauty industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales manager and managing a sales team.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, leading and making strategies and campaign ideas.
• High responsibility, patient and passionate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership with initiative, proactive, and hardworking.
• Good command of English is required.
