- Research, strategic planning, new business ideation, and execution support related to solving societal issues using innovation
- Proposal sales for the consulting projects mentioned above

<Must>
- Male, Female
- Age:30-39 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Business proficiency level of English (TOEIC850 or above) and Japanese (N2 or above)
- Good in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point
- Planning skills and presentation skills
- Research and investigative skills in related industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Required to have one of the following experiences.
- Experience in utilizing consulting or investigative firms as outsourcing partners
- Experience in business planning or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in consulting or research firms, specifically in providing consulting or research services
- Experience in handling business related to overseas expansion for Japanese companies or public institutions
- Experience in the planning department of a business or regional headquarters (in manufacturing, finance, and other industries)
- Experience in consulting firm or investigative firms(preferably not in IT or accounting consulting)
